You just need click follow and sign in with your email address. You can choose to sign in with gmail, AIM or Yahoo email.
This follower featured can give your blog expended visibility across the web as your follower join other site and share their activities with their friends. I think goolge take this idea from the mybloglog. Anyway google give for the advantage for blogspot blogger to get more traffic for your blog. There three million community communities of followers and has one person following a Blogger blog every second, according to Google.
